Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Andrea Iyamah purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns for store credit or exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and hygiene seals intact. Please note that sale items and certain accessories are final sale.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different size.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items in their original packaging and attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your parcel before dropping it off at an authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your store credit will be issued via a digital gift card sent directly to your email.
